Gaspard Tissandier is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Rutgers School of Criminal Justice and Research Manager at the Newark Public Safety Collaborative. He completed his PhD in Economics and Public Policy at the University Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne. His thesis covers the application of Machine Learning in Public Policy, with a strong focus on predictive policing. At the Newark Public Safety Collaborative, he works on criminality policy evaluation.
