UVSO: Empowering Block Group Associations

As part of our efforts to promote remote engagement and ensure communication, the NPSC recently co-hosted a virtual meeting with USVO's local stakeholders and Vailsburg's residents. Among the several topics covered, the NPSC presented crime statistics as well as RTM crime risk analyses with a focus on Vailsburg's neighborhood. It’s important that local organizations, as well as residents, are kept informed on emerging crime patterns amidst the current pandemic. Additionally, the NPSC has recently mapped all active and inactive block associations in Vailsburg. These maps were shared with all participants. This information is critical to make informed decisions as well as to help develop and engage Vailsburg's block group associations.
